Happy Valentines Day to all: The POUNDS OF CLOWNS, Families and Friends of the Alley,

I hope each of you is well and enjoying the winter season.

The February meeting is the annual POUNDS OF CLOWNS AUCTION.

Gather up all the clown props and magic that you want to pass on to others.

Each person will be the auctioneer for their own items.

With a Valentine’s Day theme it should be an interesting and fun time.

The plans have begun for an exciting springtime at the Alley.

 In March we are kicking off a fun project, some of you may be asked

to do short presentations about your experiences with clowning as

we kick off a new member’s drive.

The plans are in the works to submit our calendar to the local papers to

find the people who I know are just out there looking for us.

Please start thinking about the positive aspects of about your clown

experiences that might be of interest to “new clowns”.

February is a good time to start checking your make up kit, wigs and costumes.

Recently I had an event for teenagers so I updated Delight look to a more youthfull

Whiteface look.  I found a new wig at Clown supplies that I just thought was amazing.

This little bit of effort I made picking up a new wig and face renewed my enthusiasm for Clowning around and was a big hit with the teenagers.
