I had 25 kids running all over my house until Topper got there and they were so enthralled that they sat down spellbound for his lengthy performance, giving me a chance to relax.  He spent a lot of time making balloons for every child (and even repaired some broken balloons).  Topper's fee was quite reasonable  and was definitely worth it.  The kids loved his tricks and so did the adults!"
